ProKinetics® Natural Body Balance™ is an all in one customizable kit designed to replace removable insoles and sock liners. The arch supports can be quickly removed or glued in permanantly for those who need or prefer arch support. Out of the box, the Natural Body Balance™ have 3.0 mm Kinetic Technology™ built in (red wedge). The kit includes an extra set of orange wedges that when added offers a total of 6.0 mm corrective strength. The body of the insole is 4 mm thick, has a 2 mm elevation of the heel to incorporate heel cushioning. Weighing in at only 32 grams, these insoles weigh substantially less than most popular foot beds. The comfortable suede like Microfiber cover offers durability, moisture wicking and antimicrobial properties, and combines with the uni-body insole to give you just the right amount of cushioning with a glove like fit.

ProKinetics® Natural Body Balance™ are excellent insoles for use with any footwear that has removable insoles. Use in casual shoes, sneakers and boots to feel better and more energetic and to make your footwear last longer.

NOTE: Don’t fit ProKinetics® Insoles in worn out shoes or anti pronation or motion control shoes.

Most people can start with the base amount of correction (red), but people who pronate significantly will ultimately need to add the orange wedges for more correction. Determining what you need is as simple as doing a controlled knee bend while observing knee and foot mechanics. It is easy and quick. Click here to see how.

People who generally have tense muscles throughout their bodies and who tend to favor the outside of their feet should always start with the red correction, and if the knee bend test says you need 6 mm, switch up after 7-10 days.

Most people do not need, and should not use arch supports, but we do recommend modest arch support if you have flexible flat feet meaning you have an arch when sitting down that goes away when you stand up. We also recommend arch supports temporarily if you have Plantar Fasciitis.
